ADMINISTRATION AND GUEST SERVICES - Customer Service Representatives
This team is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. The team will be involved in the overall administrative function - from Guest Services to season pass sales. Customer Service Representatives in this unit will be the front line for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with guests and other departments in a professional manner
- Provide guests whether on the phone or in person with accurate and comprehensive information
- Perform general office duties including filing, answering multi-line phone system, and document creation
- Respond appropriately to guest inquires and effectively resolve issues
- Promote and administer sales of and upgrades to season passes
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong problem solving skills
- Fast learner, highly organized and able to multi-task
- Customer service oriented, enthusiastic, positive attitude
- Enjoying working with people
- Strong telephone skills; cash register and cash handling experience preferred

AQUATICS - Slide Attendants, Life Guards, Sr. Life Guards, First Aid, Supervisors, Managers
Our Aquatics team ensures safety and accident prevention is at its highest level. They are called to be true ambassadors of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise various areas of water attractions including Wave Pool, children's area, wading pool and slides
- Ensure safety first, with a keen awareness of accident prevention
- Ensure safe operation of rides; while providing professional lifeguarding service
- Use initiative to recommend improvements and correct situations to ensure safety
- Strictly adhere to and enforce water park rules and guidelines
Skills and Qualifications
- Must have N.L.S. (National Life Saving) Certificate, Bronze Cross, and CPR Basic
- A quick learner who demonstrates the ability to adapt to new situations
- Ability to handle difficult situations; remains calm and level-headed in all types of situations
- Proactive, focused, and analytical
- Must be at least 15 years of age

CASH OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE- Admissions, Parking, Locker/Tube Rentals, Turnstiles, Mini golf, Rock Climbing
Responsibilities:
- Selling admission tickets, renting tubes & lockers, taking tickets & monitoring admission gates, providing information to guests
- Monitoring various attractions
- The use of a cash register to process all sales
- Providing the very best service to our guests at all times
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience and competence in handling cash and able to do simple math on the go
- Very outgoing and friendly
- Able to work in fast-paced work environment with a high volume of guests
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time
- Works effectively as part of a team and individually

CASH CONTROL COORDINATOR
Responsibilities Include:
- Handling & processing of all revenue generated within departments of Administration, Cash Operations, Foods, Group Sales & Retail
- Reconciling of all sales with individual cashiers

Our Entertainment team is responsible for providing water park guests with fun activities to participate in while visiting.

- Socializing with guests through a variety of games

GROUP FACILITATOR
Responsibilities:
- Preparing picnic area sites for visiting groups, designing signs and preparing supplies for games
- Hosting group picnics by greeting patrons, directing individuals to picnic sites, assisting group activities and providing face painting for children
- Lead team building events for corporate clients
Preferred Qualifications:
- Very outgoing, friendly, professional and enthusiastic
- Must enjoy working with children and people of all ages
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time
- A great attitude!
- Previous experience leading children’s activities, camps, hosting events or being the center of attention are all good assets

GROUPS GROUNDS FACILITATOR
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining overall park cleanliness by picking up litter, emptying trash receptacles
- 80% time doing set-up/tear down, 20% hosting groups
- Building canopies, moving picnic tables, moving/setting up BBQ’s
- Repairs to picnic tables
- Lifting/moving food, bags of ice
- Garbage pick-ups
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must be friendly, enthusiastic, energetic and very self-motivated
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs waist high and lift 35 lbs over ones head
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time
- Flexible in performing a variety of duties
- A great attitude!

MAINTENANCE / POOLS - Attendant
The Pools/Maintenance team is responsible for the upkeep of all bodies of water within the park. Employees must be detail oriented and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct chemical testing of all pools; maintaining chemical balance of the water
- Ensure pools are kept clean and according to regulated safety standards
- Provide day-to-day maintenance of the water park
- Assist Pool Operator
Skills and Qualifications
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Knowledge of pumps and motors a definite asset
- Must be very handy with pressure washers, small engines and willing to learn about different aspects of the water park
- Able to work for extended periods outdoors
- Fast Learner
- Self motivated
- Takes initiative

RETAIL - Customer Service Representatives
The gift shop is a one stop shop for all the conveniences needed at the water park, from sunscreen to bathing suits to snacks and souvenirs. Customer Service Representatives ensure a positive experience for all guests through the sales and service while in the gift shop.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide top notch customer service to all guests
- Proactively greet guests and ensure customer needs are met
- Responsible for the merchandising and display of products as well as inventory control and organization of products
- Accurately handle sales of all products
Skills and Qualifications
- Customer service focused; outgoing, enthusiastic
- Sales oriented
- Retail and/or cash handling experience strongly preferred
- Must be at least 15 years of age
